Cancellation Policy:
Full fair including gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less then 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including gratuity will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call Arrow Limousine at 888-738-0779. To avoid being charged as a No-Show, do not leave your location without communicating with Arrow Limousine. No show charges may apply to any late cancellations or dismissal of vehicle. No Show Charges: Passenger will be charged the full amount for no show pick ups. If no call is made to cancel reservation and driver shows up for pick up, you will be charged for the full fare if you do not arrive. Arrow Limousine is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Arrow Limousine does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
Billing
Rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers.

Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.

Sedan Rates
Arrow Limousine has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing Arrow Limousine hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Arrow Limousine facility until the time it returns to the Arrow Limousine facility, with 1 hour minimum.
All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
Wait Time / Stop Time
For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
Arrow Limousine is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, a waiting is allowed up 15 min for domestic flights & 30 minsfor international (free) for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline.
Arrow Limousine does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Arrow Limousine does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged extra for stops.
Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing Arrow Limousine hourly rate.

Events Services
(Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motorcoaches)
All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Arrow Limousine hourly rate.
Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Arrow Limousine facility until the time it returns to the Arrow Limousine facility.
All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
City-To-City Fares
Roundtrips include up to four hours of wait time and must be completed within the same calendar day.
Wait time over four hours will be charged at the prevailing Arrow Limousine hourly rate.
Other
Arrow Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Arrow Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
